Why do you need Work at Home Crafters?
Our beads are all individually made without the use of machinery. We are looking for people to create our beads so we can then re-sell the beads in our finished jewelry, wholesale jewelry, and our Bead Therapy Kits.
Why would I want to become a jewelry assembler?
As an assembler you’ll be your own boss, work from home, make your own hours, and not be required to sell anything. Our jewelry kits are simple to produce with no previous jewelry skills needed.
How much can I earn?
This depends entirely on how quality your work is as well as how many orders we have to fill. You must be able to duplicate our sample (in your work at home kit) and your work must remain consistent after you are approved.
Do you offer any guarantees?
No. We have no idea how hard you are willing to work, how well you can duplicate our sample, or how consistent you will be with your work. The best workers get the most work.
Why do you charge for a Start up Kit?
Due to the thousands of people who want to work from home, we simply cannot afford to mail our expensive materials for free. Many people do not follow through on what they say they will do. We have no guarantee if we send our materials and patented designs to you, that you will actually do the work and mail it back to us. Charging for the kit is insurance for us that you will do the work.
Am I an employee or sub contractor?
When you assemble jewelry for our company, you are hired as an independent sub contractor, not an employee. Therefore, please understand this is not a job, but rather your own business with amazing tax benefits. You will be able to write off the cost of your starter kit, a portion of your home that you use to create the jewelry, some gas mileage for driving to the post office, etc etc etc. The tax benefits go over and above having a “job”.
How can I contact you with questions?
Due to extremely high call volume, we are available only through text and email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Please be cordial and patient. We will treat you with mutual respect and not tolerate any rude texts or emails.
How does the process work?
Your starter kit will contain enough materials to create 3 finished pieces. Create only one! Send it to our FL address to be inspected. We will critique your work and let you know if any changes are necessary. If we require another sample, you will have enough materials to try again twice. If you still have not passed inspection by your third try, you will be offered a “refill” kit containing 3 additional tries at a reduced rate.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We are assuming you are ready to start as an assembler and do not accept returned kits as they contain valuable patented designs that some people try to “copy” to duplicate our patent. Please do not purchase a starter kit unless you are absolutely confident this is something you want to try.
Aren’t most work at home craft companies scams?
While there are a lot of scams in the industry, there are also a lot of completely legitimate craft companies who hire home assemblers. The best way to determine this is to look at the finished product you will be assembling. Can you see this product being sold in stores? Is it quality or truly a piece of junk? That’s always a great indicator. Also ask the company, “where do you re-sell my finished pieces?”, any legitimate company should be able to provide this answer.
Where do you sell my finished pieces?
On this website, Etsy, Amazon, as well as Social Media Influencers
Do you have other opportunities to earn money besides assembly work?
Yes! You can become a Bead Therapist and host make your own jewelry events and or purchase our wholesale jewelry kits to create your own brand and unique line of jewelry!
